Bee Kind

Hi,

We are a fostering family and have seen a number of children come in and out of our family. Most of the children have had disabilities – autism, ADHD, non verbal, the list goes on. Still in our family we have a 16 year old who is Non Verbal. He sometimes still struggles to tell us what he would like, or how he is feeling. If we are in the shops and he is with us some people give us funny looks. I like to think this is because not everyone is that educated on a lot of disabilities unless they know someone. So here we are trying to help spread awareness across the world as no one should be judged for the way they are.

A lot of people ask why are we called ‘Bee Kind’ but have a butterfly?

We have chose this to help spread awareness just because you see ‘Bee’ it doesn’t mean its a bee, and instead its a butterfly. This is to help everyone understand just because you 1 child is a certain way, it does not mean another child is the same. Always remember – Bee Kind – We are different & that’s beautiful.
